I am wanting to convert a garage into a bedroom and a closet and a bathroom, carpet ect. The room next to it requires a little work carpet, closing off the washer and dryer and turning the closet that faces the den around. Would like to share the bathroom with the other room if possible.

My parents and my family are interested in renovating my parents house to accomadate a mother-daughter setup. It is a cape style house, dormored, but we would like to raise the entire roof, making a full upstairs (3 bedrooms and 2 baths). Also , my mom had added a family room to her existing house (originally a 2 bed one bath cape) and we wanted to extend that family room to accomadate a living space for them (1 bedroom, 1 office a kitchenette and handicapped accesible bath) We'd love to have an estimate on this project. Hello, i am currently looking into adding a loft into my home. it is a two story home, 1630 current sqft and in our living area downstairs is a straight up ceiling going clean to the second floor. what i am trying to say is, above our living room, there is no current living space... just a wide open ceiling. my wife and i have wanted to add in a loft up there for about two years, and we believe we are ready now. there are a couple other home improvements we would like to do, including moving our master bedroom closet to another part of the house ( a section of the loft). we would also like to extend our master bedroom door down the hallway about 4 feet. in the old closet we want to add a large jet bath. it should fit beautifully from what we see, but then again, you guys are the pro's! we would like to get a quote as to how much all of this would cost us. we would also more than likely replace the carpet going up the stairs, the bedrooms and then add carpet to the new loft. we hope

We need to add an additional bedroom and bathroom and would like to have it in the attic if possible.

I'm thinking about buying a fixer condo, 922 square feet total, 2 bed, 2 bath. I'd like to get a ballpark idea of what a total replacement of everything would be. Carpet, paint, bathrooms, kitchen, all appliances, built in closet systems. I want to go midrange or less. I'm not looking for high end.

Two story addition of 300-400 sq ft total to include new galley kitchen, new small bath, increase size of upstairs bath and increase size of bedroom. Also, small front porch. House is currently 1,480 sq ft.

I have a small utility room off my kitchen that I would like to convert to a laundry room with a stackable washer drier unit. Space is limited. The electric water heater is located in this area. There is no existing drain, but it is near the kitchen sink. Electric, drain and venting would need to be added. Thank you.
